I have this faith

I left my home,

I wanted to roam

I may be lost,

I need to cry,

But, I have this faith

And, it doesn’t die

I miss familiar faces

And all the known places

I am learning my lessons

‘Tis possible that I'd fail

But, I have this faith

I am growing up

I’m trying to fly

My soul is scared

My body could die

But, I have this faith

And, THAT doesn’t die

We fought a lot,

It pained a lot

Will we ever smile as one?

May be we are done

But, I have this faith

And, it doesn’t die

I lost your hand,

This world is huge

Will I ever reach you?

My mind pries

Because I have this faith

And, I wish it dies!

They say I should surrender

May be they are right,

I had made up my mind

To give up tonight

But, I have this faith

And, it does NOT die!
